Conflict of Interest

The Neuma Journal has mechanisms and procedures in place to address and resolve various conflicts of interest that may arise among its managers; between managers and authors; between authors and reviewers; and between its content and its readers.

In conflicts within the Editorial Committee, the mechanisms for addressing and resolving issues and problems are the committee's meetings, bilateral consultations among its members, and the final decision by the Editorial Board.

Regarding the journal and its editorial environment (authors, reviewers, readers), complaints can be submitted via email to revistaneuma@utalca.cl. This email address will receive complaints, appeals, rebuttals, and responses, which will be reviewed by the Editorial Committee. The Committee will then determine the appropriate course of action and the individuals and bodies to which the matter should be referred.

If the complaint is not addressed or resolved satisfactorily, the complainant may contact the magazine's management, which may, if necessary, resort by mutual agreement with the complainant to the determination of a final arbitrator whose decision is binding on the parties.
