Abstract
The seven or eight organs built by Aristide Cavaillé-Coll (1811-1899) preserved in Chile, constitute a priceless artistic heritage. Part of it is in serious danger of extinction; a part is, for various reasons impossible to use: and only one is in good condition and able to be used. These organs have been recently declared historical monuments, which opens some hope about getting funding to repair any of them. Here we briefly review the features of each and the state in which they are.
